Hailey Wilson

Hailey Wilson is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and experienced attorney who has been practicing law since 2013. Since becoming a member of The Florida Bar in 2013, Hailey has represented clients in a wide range of civil matters, developing a strong understanding of adversarial proceedings and the value of resolving disputes through mediation.

Hailey has expertise in homeowners’ insurance disputes, contract issues, and a wide range of civil matters commonly heard in county court. Her mediation style is facilitative, calm, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, helping parties work through conflict with clarity and respect.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Hailey offers virtual mediation services and is available to assist clients across the entire state of Florida.
